Sales Development Representative

• Generate a steady pipeline to meet revenue targets through strategic research and identification of potential clients.
• Engage in outbound communications via email, phone, and Linked In to set up meetings and follow up on marketing interest.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess the suitability of prospects for our services and software.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure high-quality meetings and support proposal preparation and data collection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Client Success to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure seamless account transitions.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems and adhere to defined outreach processes.

• Strong communication skills across various platforms including phone, email, and Linked In.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in outbound sales and familiarity with CRM systems like Hub Spot.

• Background in SaaS, healthcare, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience in SDR or BDR roles.
• Ability to share market insights and collaborate effectively with product teams.
