Role

West Groupe is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative for a full-time role located in Minnesota. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms of sale.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales (Required)

Experience in the optical or fashion industry is a plus.

Minimum of a high school diploma

Ability to engage and build relationships

High energy and ability to work collaboratively with partners

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Travel and car required
