The Lead Qualification Specialist is the first touch-point with CWT of companies looking to have a business travel solution. As the front-line of those inquiries, the Lead Qualification Specialist advances the value and excitement behind our competitive services.

Systematize as well as respond promptly to a large volume of inbound opportunities and requests originating from multiple sources (web, phone calls, emails, events etc…)

• Conduct searches and queries in order to research, qualify, and generate sales leads
• Build and cultivate relationships with prospects by initiating communications
• Contact new business prospects
• Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of CRM system
• Collect and provide relevant market insight from communication with prospects to the marketing team

• Passion for selling, winning, being challenged and helping people be successful
• Enthusiastic and self-starting approach
• Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to use or quickly learn CRMs, Database management, spreadsheets and other technologies as needed
• Example of organization, flexibility, and prioritization of tasks
• Be a collaborative team player working in collaboration with multiple areas across the organization
• Knowledge about Travel Industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to confidently and efficiently manage prospective client relationships by email/phone
