Sales - Business Development - Account Manager
Join CFS as a client‑facing Business Development / Account Manager in Minneapolis. This sales role offers the opportunity to develop new accounts and grow relationships with accounting and finance decision‑makers. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services, manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting to account management, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the partnership.
Base pay range$55,000.00/yr – $/yr

- 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (internships included)
- Confident and effective communicator at all organizational levels
- Proficient in social media, email, phone, and in‑person outreach
