CDW Eyesafe Strategic Account Sales Representative
Eyesafe is looking for a Strategic Account Sales Representative for the CDW account. Ideally with experience selling with CDW and the broader K‑12 space, the Eyesafe Representative will work with the Eyesafe team and partners to further the mission of safe product solutions for K‑12 students and district employees.
As a visionary, sales‑driven account owner, you will drive Eyesafe’s sales in the K‑12 market with CDW and be responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy for your assigned territory.
The representative will develop and implement a sales plan to collaborate, develop, and expand Eyesafe’s opportunities while actively engaging in high‑value revenue opportunities.
Sales Responsibilities- Develop and drive the sales strategy with CDW in K‑12.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects while exceeding quota.
- Develop strong domain knowledge.
- Daily outreach through calls, personal email, social media, email campaigns, webinars, networking, and trade shows.
- Research schools and identify key economic buyers and potential champions.
- Strong personal involvement in key customer contacts and sales at senior executive and C‑level to support the development of channel partners and winning of large deals.
- Devise and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Follow a sales process and operating rhythm to ensure growth and forecast accuracy.
- Use sales processes, methodologies, tools, infrastructure, and metrics that ensure growth and forecast accuracy while executing on long‑term sales plans.
- Develop and implement marketing plan and sales strategies.
- Develop and roll‑out a business plan and strategic growth plan for K‑12 school districts with CDW.
- Define and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Market observation and analysis to develop risk maps and growth opportunities.
- Close alignment, communication, and collaboration with the executive leadership team to develop and implement risk management controls, contingency plans, and changes to strategy.
- Provide strategic recommendations to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Eyesafe leadership in development of strategic business plans to support sales growth.
- Responsibility for financial results (exceed quota).
- Manage the processes for sales forecasting, planning, and reporting.
- Exceed sales KPIs while monitoring and measuring achievement against sales and growth strategies.
- Maintain all sales activities and pipeline in CRM (Hub Spot).
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are being met.
- Quickly take appropriate action to improve ongoing support based on client feedback; ensure customer and partner issues are resolved by Eyesafe in a timely manner.
- Forge strong relationships with both partners and customers to obtain regular assessments on Eyesafe’s performance, support, and standing in the market to ensure Eyesafe is exceeding client and market expectations.
- Ideal experience working and selling to CDW.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5‑10 years of relevant sales experience.
- 2‑3 years of experience selling into the K‑12 education technology market.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales/quota goals.
- Sincere passion for sales and prospecting.
