Sky Water is partnering with a 30-year-old, privately held commercial printing and data-driven marketing firm to add a Commercial Sales Representative here in Minneapolis. This individual will be driving growth with a path to leadership + part-ownership within 2-3 years. The role requires complete ownership of a full sales cycle: hunting new logos, expanding key accounts, and partnering with production to deliver offset, digital, wide-format, and mailing solutions.
Post-ramp: flexible remote + uncapped earnings in a modern, natural light-filled HQ in the south metro. Candidates should be in $100k - $150k OTE range and beyond.
Responsibilities- Hunt and close new B2B accounts in commercial printing, direct mail, and wide-format solutions, targeting $1M+ in first-year revenue.
- Build consultative, multi-year partnerships with Midwest clients in healthcare, education, nonprofits, and corporate marketing.
- Full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, custom quoting, presentation, negotiation, and handoff to production/fulfillment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with tenured owners and ops teams to deliver G7-quality projects on tight timelines.

- Documented success building $500K+ pipelines
