Gateway Fiber is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Direct Sales Representative. Gateway Fiber is a locally owned and operated internet service provider on a mission to positively impact communities through better internet. Gateway is creating a leading, national fiber-to-the-home platform. With the support of its financial sponsor CBRE Investment Management, Gateway plans to reach 500,000 homes and businesses with its service over the next several years.

Gateway Fiber is seeking driven, outgoing, and self‑motivated sales professionals to join our team as Direct Sales Representatives. In this role, you will represent cutting‑edge fiber internet services to residential customers throughout the Greater St. Paul area.
Direct Sales Representative- Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to introduce residential customers to Gateway Fiber services
- Clearly communicate the benefits of fiber internet and its competitive advantages over other providers
- Achieve sales goals by closing new accounts and generating leads
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in assigned territories
- Independently manage time and territory as a 1099 contractor
- Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales or door‑to‑door highly valued)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, engaging presence
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Strong work ethic with a focus on results
