Salary

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location, ranging from $21 to $34 per hour.

In addition, annual or quarterly performance incentives are available. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front-End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and conduct financial transactions. The role may require standing for long periods.
