Key Responsibilities
RV Detailing

• Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs to dealership standards
• Wash, vacuum, wax, buff, and remove dirt or stains from all surfaces
• Apply protective products as needed
• Ensure RVs are clean and ready for display or customer delivery
• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment
• Report damage, needed repairs, or supply shortages

Lot Porter Duties

• Safely move, park, and stage RVs and trailers for sales, service, and pickup
• Maintain an organized, accessible, and clean lot
• Remove debris, snow, and other hazards as needed
• Assist with inventory organization and tagging
• Fuel and prep RVs for display or customer delivery
• Report damage or mechanical concerns to the service team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior RV, automotive detailing, or lot experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to safely maneuver and park large vehicles (RV experience a plus)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wet conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated surfaces
• Ability to enter, exit, and drive various RV sizes safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow

Compensation

• $19 - $24 per hour (DOE)
