• Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
• Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
• Provide a consistent, documented appraisal of associate’s sales performance and give feedback.
• Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.

• Protect Company assets per LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist in preparing store schedules and ensuring wage control.
• Follow all inventory management policies including receiving, transferring, pricing, and product counts.
• Document and record store activities per policies and laws.
• Open and close the store per Operations P&P Manual.
• Support all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in training programs and follow sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store personnel.
• Encourage compliance with company policies, including safekeeping of inventory.
• Perform work of subordinates as needed and communicate with employees at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear professional communication.
• Ability to operate a computer and related software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work overhead.
• Standing required up to 100% of the work time.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
