• Drive sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and meeting company objectives.
• Provide consistent, documented performance appraisals and feedback to associates.
• Adhere to visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance in line with dress code.
• Manage store expenses, protect assets, and adhere to inventory policies.
• Help prepare store schedules to control wage cost.
• Accurately document store inventory and manage receipts, transfers, and price changes.
• Open and close the store following operations procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising associates.
• Support and follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead; standing for up to 100% of work time.
• Capability to work independently.

• Experience in retail management or a related field.

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Salary may vary by skill, experience, and location. Part‑time positions offer monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
