Retail Warehouse Porter, Target Field

The opportunity Delaware North Sport service is searching for a seasonal Retail Porter to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As Retail Porter, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality control. • Perform transfers of product and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
• Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages, and storing delivered items properly.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching during entire shift.
• Warehouse environment with moderate-to-high noise levels.
• Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures.
• Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment.
