• Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Engage with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Delivery Operations – Drive company‑provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
• Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through Auto Zone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to Auto Zone’s driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus.
