Our recruiting firm is partnering with a highly respected, fast-casual pizzeria brand known for scratch-made food, exceptional hospitality standards, and a strong internal promotion culture. We are seeking motivated leaders to join their Management Track, ranging from entry-level leaders to seasoned General Managers.
These roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on leadership, and want a clear growth path within restaurant operations.
ResponsibilitiesManagement responsibilities scale with experience, but typically include:
Operational Leadership- Oversee daily restaurant operations across both front- and back-of-house.
- Ensure consistent execution of recipes, food quality, speed, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment aligned with all health and safety regulations.
- Train, coach, develop, and motivate team members.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture with high accountability.
- Assist with hiring, performance evaluation, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure exceptional guest service; resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for guests and staff.
- Manage inventory, ordering, product rotation, and cost controls.
- Support labor planning, financial performance, and shift-level decision-making.
- Contribute to operational improvements and uphold company standards.
As managers progress, responsibilities expand to include full store leadership, P&L accountability, team development, and long-term operational planning.

Restaurant or hospitality experience is strongly preferred, but the brand will also consider high-potential candidates with transferable leadership experience.
