In collaboration with Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world-class gastronomic experience.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant Team Leader who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site. The restaurant Team Leader will assist the restaurant Manager in ensuring courteous and professional service in accordance with the established operating concept.

This position is ranked as Team Leader.

Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants, or cocktail bars.
  • Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
  • Communicate effectively in Korean and English;
    Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
