In collaboration with Park Hyatt Seoul and a luxury brand, this project unites visionary cuisine and luxury hospitality to deliver an immersive, world‑class gastronomic experience.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Head Sommelier who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of restaurants in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off‑site. This position assists the Restaurants Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates in alignment with its concept and Hyatt International standards.

This position is ranked as Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

The Head Sommelier will:

  • Assist in the efficient running of the restaurant in partnership with the luxury brand boutique.
  • Ensure operations align with the restaurant’s concept and Hyatt International standards.
  • Support the Restaurants Manager in all aspects of wine and beverage service.
Qualifications
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Experienced sommelier with a sommelier certification.
  • Are curious, service‑minded, and culturally aware.
  • Communicate effectively in Korean and English;
    Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, high‑profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
