Restaurant - Junior Sommelier

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Restaurant - Junior Sommelier who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of a restaurant in partnership with a luxury brand boutique, located off-site. The Junior Sommelier will assist the Head Sommelier with customer service.
This position is ranked as Guest Services Staff
Qualifications- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experienced sommelier with a sommelier certification.
- Have experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end standalone restaurants.
- Are curious, service-minded, and culturally aware.
- Communicate effectively in Korean and English;
Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory for all positions. - Thrive in fast-paced, high-profile environments and value consistency, elegance, and guest delight.
