  • Uphold our dedication to food safety by dating and rotating food containers, safely storing perishables, and maintaining a pristine work environment.
  • Monitor food levels meticulously, ensuring we are always prepped for success, and noting when replenishment is necessary.
  • Embrace economical cooking — manage food waste, loss, and usage to help us stay within budget without compromising on quality.
Who You Are

With at least one year of culinary or related experience under your belt, you’re no stranger to the rhythms of a professional kitchen. A high school education (or equivalent) is beneficial, not mandatory. Your ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean culinary equipment will see you excel in this role, requiring full mobility and the strength to lift, carry, and pull up to 40 pounds.
