The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

What will you do?
  • Assign duties to scheduled staff.
  • Perform some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
  • Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.
  • Assist Concessions Manager with staff training and compliance.
  • Monitor daily cleaning.
  • Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
  • Complete pre-event responsibilities at assigned locations.
  • Ensure all assigned locations are shut down correctly before clearing staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
More about you
  • Experience working in a restaurant preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • At least 18 years old.
Physical requirements
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
