• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Play a key role in running a great restaurant by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during your shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during your shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Fast‑food/restaurant experience a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation; ability to commute/relocate.

Salary range: $18.00 – $23.00. Starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within McDonald’s.
