- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit.
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Play a key role in running a great restaurant by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during your shifts and help departments meet their goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during your shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Fast‑food/restaurant experience a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation; ability to commute/relocate.
Salary range: $18.00 – $23.00. Starting rate will depend on experience, education, and qualifications. Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within McDonald’s.
