Role Description

This is a full-time, Real Estate Agent role based in Minneapolis, MN. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure a smooth transaction process. Your responsibilities include guiding clients through property search and selection, pricing, and negotiations, as well as creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and colleagues in the real estate community.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License and familiarity with real property laws and regulations
  • Strong skills and experience in Real Estate, including managing property transactions, market analysis, and customer consultations
  • Proven ability to excel in Sales with a focus on building relationships and achieving targets
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet with clients as needed
