Green Image Golfs capes has open positions and is currently interviewing for the 2026 season.

Green Image is passionate about golf and the details it takes to create a masterpiece golfscape. We utilize the highest quality materials along with great detail in custom design and installation to produce a consistently playable, beautiful, low maintenance golf green. A Green Image synthetic golf green eliminates the need for irrigation, fertilization, pesticide applications, mowing, and other maintenance tasks, allowing our clients more time for play.

Our team specializes in providing golf greens that give our clients a level of play that enhances their game and the overall beauty of their landscape.

Golfscape/Artificial Turf Installer positions include knowledge of or willingness to learn construction and maintenance of synthetic golf greens and turf. Ability to learn to safely operate track loaders, utility vehicles, rollers, blowers, power brooms, truck and trailers, etc.

• No experience is necessary - however, preference will be given to candidates experienced with synthetic turf, golf or landscape construction
• Reliable transportation

• Desire to work 40+ hours per week
• Ability to occasionally work out of town (expenses covered by company)

Wages are negotiable and based on experience.

As an Artificial Turf Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of synthetic grass surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize core skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general maintenance to deliver exceptional results. Your premium skills in lawn care, landscaping, and the use of hand and power tools will support your efficiency on the job.

• Install artificial turf by measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to ensure a precise fit.
• Utilize hand and power tools for turf installation and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed turf to ensure longevity and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion while adhering to safety standards.
