As a High Acuity Registered Nurse (RN), you play a vital role in our community. You provide total care for residents, monitor their condition and needs, follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitor for side effects, and report any changes in residents’ conditions. You oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure that resident care plans are followed.

You complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect that you find while caring for residents. You maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements as well as our facility policies and procedures. You provide a warm and friendly demeanor, deliver excellent customer service, and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues. You take pride in the difference you make in residents’ lives and in this rehabilitation nursing position.

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Experience in a High Acuity setting
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in Medical, Surgical, and Higher Acuity care is preferred.

These full-time healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. We are actively looking to hire for day shifts, which may require working every other weekend.
