As a High Acuity Registered Nurse, you provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition, administering medications, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting changes. You oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect. You maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA, and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications- RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
- Experience in a High Acuity setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Experience in Medical, Surgical, and Higher Acuity care is preferred.
Full‑time positions: 8‑hour shifts – 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. We are actively looking to hire for day shifts, which requires working every other weekend.
