As a casual Certified Nurse Midwife with Allin, you will step into a dynamic hospital-based environment, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in labor and delivery settings. You’ll collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and support staff at our Abbott and United Mother Baby Centers.
Principle Responsibilities- CNM group independently provides labor support, water birth and VBAC/TOLAC services
- Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive in‑house OB and maternal fetal medicine groups
- We attend approximately 40–50 births per month with three affiliated clinics.
- "Natural birth experience" highlighting nontraditional care in the hospital.
- Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse‑Midwives and Minnesota statute.
- Professional Liability insurance including tail
- Team of 16 plus CNM across the system
- Collaborative, supportive and encouraging teammates
- Opportunities for professional and personal growth – research, mentoring CNM and NP students, instrumental QI projects
- Support whole‑person population health care initiatives
- Casual coverage at United and Abbott Mother Baby Centers
- Bachelor's degree, Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing required
- Master's degree or doctoral in nursing or related field preferred
- Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
- BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support required within 180 days
- AMCB American Midwifery Certification Board upon hire required

Pay RangeFlat Rate: $72.00 per hour
