We are looking for dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia care at a prestigious tertiary facility. In this critical role, you will support a specialized care team using a care staff model with a 4:1 ratio. You will deliver anesthesia services to patients aged 12 and above, ensuring high-quality care in a Level III facility equipped with Epic EMR. Work schedules are flexible, offering 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, with daytime hours primarily from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, including occasional overnight and weekend shifts—though these are not mandatory.

Some weekend beeper call (24 hrs) is compensated at $1,000, with additional night call pay at $400 for 8-hour shifts. Overtime ($1.5x) applies to approved hours beyond scheduled shifts, and holiday pay is at 1.5x rate on designated days.

This ongoing contract begins in August 2026, with a minimum commitment of two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months and a minimum of 36 hours weekly. Post three months, a bi-weekly schedule may be considered. The position offers competitive hourly pay at $218.59, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral program. Paid orientation lasts 3 days.

To qualify, candidates must possess an active RN license in Minnesota, be certified as a CRNA with at least one year's experience, and hold ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certifications. The credentialing process generally takes 90–120 days. A current skills checklist is required upon submission, and live within 50 miles of Abbott Northwestern—note that Minnesota is not a compact state.

Additional highlights include coverage for licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable. Preference will be given to those interested in occasional overnight shifts, and familiarity with Epic EMR is a plus.
