Provide compassionate, person‑centered care for residents in a long‑term nursing facility. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), maintain resident safety, and support residents in achieving their highest functional capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications- Registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry or able to register by hiring date.
- Age 18 years or older.
- Able to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.
- Completion of CPR certification (required for overnight shift).
- Experience providing ADLs.
- Experience working in a long‑term care environment.
- Successful completion of employment reference checks.
- Pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check for finalists.
- Pass a Tuberculosis (Mantoux) screening or chest X‑ray before employment.
