RN Manager – Trauma Program
Seeking a dedicated RN Manager for the Trauma Program to lead trauma patient care, oversee trauma system operations, and serve as a liaison with EMS, Fire, and Police services. This role ensures high-quality, coordinated care for trauma patients throughout their hospital experience.

Schedule:
Full-Time | Days (No Weekends)
Pay Range: $47.30 – $65.20/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective trauma care systems
- Serve as liaison between hospital and external trauma services (EMS, Fire, Police)
- Collaborate with Trauma Medical Director on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct concurrent monitoring and maintain trauma registry documentation
- Prepare for statewide and ACS trauma system designation visits
- Respond to trauma activations and provide guidance during events
- Maintain knowledge of trauma care through continuing education and certifications
- Education:
BSN required - Experience:
Minimum 3 years recent acute care trauma experience - Licensure/Certification:
- Active NH RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
- CEN preferred

Pay Details: $47.30 to $67.20 per hour
