We are actively recruiting new and experienced NNPs to join our team. Our APPs provide care through Levels IV, III, II and step-down units within our system. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work well independently, as a team member, and who will uphold NNP best practice in all environments. Come join the largest NICU in the Upper Midwest.

- Fourth-largest neonatal program in the U.S. with staffed 171 beds
- Levels IV, III, II and step-down care units
- Team of 20+ neonatologists, 60+ neonatal nurse practitioners and 500+ nurses and support staff
- More than 1,900 neonatal visits per year
- Board-certified neonatologist on-site 24/7
- Some of the highest survival and lowest complication rates in the world
- Transport care provided for more than 500 neonatal patients each year
