Overview
This full-time Family Nurse Practitioner role involves providing comprehensive care across all age groups in an ambulatory setting, emphasizing wellness, illness prevention, and management of minor and stable chronic conditions.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct clinical services during scheduled clinics, including exams, prenatal care, and health education.
- Coordinate with physicians for complex cases and participate in community outreach programs.
- Engage in quality improvement, documentation, and continuing education activities.
- Serve as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students and contribute to epidemiological and health planning efforts.
Qualifications include a master's in nursing, current RN license, board certification, and a community health focus. COVID vaccination required.
