Overview
RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus at Home Health Care, Inc.
Location:
Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc.
Schedule:
FT or PT + Flexible On-Call/Weekend. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities- Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers
- Provide education and resources for families and caregivers
- Current MN RN license
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred
