• Lead and support our nursing and caregiver teams to ensure exceptional client care.

• Oversee clinical compliance and quality standards in alignment with Minnesota home care regulations.

• Conduct client assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes.

• Provide mentorship and training to caregivers to foster growth and clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with office leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education efforts.

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.

• 2+ years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, team-centered environment.

• Compassion for seniors and a genuine desire to help others live their best lives at home.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.

• Experience in home care, hospice, or community health.

• Certification in Nurse Leadership or Management.
