This full-time on-site role of Peri Anesthesia RN - Patient Care Supervisor is based in Shakopee, MN. The Patient Care Supervisor will oversee and provide leadership to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality peri-anesthesia patient care. Responsibilities include managing and supporting nursing operations, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal health outcomes. The role also involves overseeing compliance with healthcare standards and providing guidance to staff on critical care procedures and practices.

• Strong background in Nursing and Patient Care practices
• Proficient in Nursing Management and oversight of clinical operations
• Experience in Surgical Services and related procedures
• Solid knowledge of nursing practice as it applies to peri-anesthesia care
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and BLS/ACLS certification required
• Previous charge, supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required
