Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a family practice setting
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses

• Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA and state regulations
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members

Additional Information

• Active Minnesota license required
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
