Base pay range $/yr - $/yr
Employment type Full‑time
Responsibilities:
- 4 or 5 days per week with 8 or 10 hour shifts (flexible)
- 32 to 40 hours per week (flexible)
- No nights and no weekends
- Function independently to perform histories and physicals for acute and chronically ill neurological patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests relative to the patient's age‑specific needs
- Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non‑pharmacological treatment modalities
- Collaborate with the primary neurologist of each patient
- Perform office procedures including trigger point injections and occipital nerve block
Qualifications:
- Experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in neurology or other relevant fields
- Relevant clinical rotations in neurology
- Ability to obtain Minnesota PA or NP license
- Ability to establish rapport with patients and families
- Excellent interpersonal skills
