Physician Assistant - Neurology

Base pay range $/yr - $/yr

Employment type Full‑time

Responsibilities:

• 4 or 5 days per week with 8 or 10 hour shifts (flexible)
• 32 to 40 hours per week (flexible)
• No nights and no weekends
• Function independently to perform histories and physicals for acute and chronically ill neurological patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests relative to the patient's age‑specific needs
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non‑pharmacological treatment modalities
• Collaborate with the primary neurologist of each patient
• Perform office procedures including trigger point injections and occipital nerve block

Qualifications:

• Experience as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner in neurology or other relevant fields
• Relevant clinical rotations in neurology
• Ability to obtain Minnesota PA or NP license
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and families
• Excellent interpersonal skills
