As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. You will perform care as defined by the resident plan of care or assignment card, visit residents, reposition them as required, record vitals and other measurements, conduct range‑of‑motion exercises, and observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, or behavior.

You will maintain confidentiality, comply with HIPAA regulations, and follow facility policies and procedures. Your warm and friendly demeanor will help you deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.

• Completed an MN‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current MN NAR license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required

Full‑time positions, 8‑hour shifts: 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm–6:00 am. All shifts are being actively recruited; rotating weekends required.
