Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the long‑term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. • 40 hours every two weeks
• Evening shift
• Week 1:
  Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2:
  Monday
• Every other Saturday/Sunday and holiday schedule rotation

• DHS college education scholarships
• RN student loan repayment option, up to $10,000 over 5 years. $2,000 each year.

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

• Current MN RN license or by start date. BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
