An educational non-profit organization is seeking counselors for its Caddie Academy program in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves mentoring high school students, providing support and guidance, and ensuring their safety during the program. Ideal candidates are university students or graduates with a passion for youth development and excellent communication skills. Counselors will live on-site for the seven-week program and assist with driving, conflict resolution, and event organization.

A stipend of $5,000+ is provided, along with housing and meals.
