The EFCA national office is seeking a part-time Site Support Coordinator who will oversee the growth and resourcing of Immigrant Hope offices and foster strong partnerships with churches. This role provides guidance and support to Site Directors, staff, and developing centers, recruits and trains mentors, and ensures effective communication and collaboration across the Immigrant Hope network. The Coordinator will also assist with leadership initiatives, ministry evaluations, and the execution of key organizational events.
- Start date: February 1, 2026
- Schedule: Flexible
- Benefits: Not eligible (If in MN, will be eligible for sick and safe time, as well as PFML)
- Provide regular guidance, resources and support to site directors and staff.
- Gather site directors quarterly for training, collaboration and encouragement.
- Recruit, train and support mentors for new centers and staff.
- Meet regularly with Launch Teams for developing Immigrant Hope centers.
- Provide coaching, resources,and ongoing support to developing centers and teams.
- Track progress of developing centers, evaluate resources and implement improvements.
- Deploy partnership systems and materials and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Facilitate partnerships between churches and existing Immigrant Hope centers.
- Perform and/or coordinate ministry evaluations and assist churches with ministry plan development.
- Develop and maintain communication pathways, including newsletters, across the Immigrant Hope network.
- Collect and distribute stories, prayer requests, training needs and other updates from sites and partners.
- Assist with planning and executing the annual Immigrant Hope gathering.
- Participate in Advisory Team meetings, EFCA events and assigned projects.
- Identify and help develop leaders within Immigrant Hope sites and church partners.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the director.
- Alignment with and commitment to the mission and values of the EFCA.
- Committed personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Self-starter who is goal- and task-oriented.
- Excellent relational skills in multicultural and multinational contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong coaching skills and experience delivering training.
- Ability to learn complex legal and procedural systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of nonprofit administration experience; legal aid knowledge preferred.
- 3-5 years of church ministry leadership experience.
- Knowledge of biblical and theological teaching on immigration, justice and the role of the Church.
