Supervisor - Drop In at Youth Link MN
Compensation & Work Details- Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 annually
- Job Type: Full-time / Onsite
- Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm;
Wednesdays may extend until 8:00 pm
Youth Link is a recognized leader in the Twin Cities and beyond, dedicated to building pathways of opportunity for homeless and crisis-affected youth ages 16–24. We provide outreach, basic‑needs support, intervention, and aftercare, guided by evidence‑based, holistic approaches that promote education, employment, health, wellness, housing stability, and post‑care outcomes.

Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of Youth Link’s Drop‑In Center and create a safe, engaging, youth‑centered environment.
- Coordinate, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and metrics to support youth services.
- Report on operational metrics and problem‑solve service‑delivery challenges.
- Work in partnership with the Youth Services Director and other staff to ensure mission‑aligned programming.
- Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and program standards.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience within a direct‑services environment serving young adults.
- Minimum 3 years of case‑management experience.
- Minimum 2 years managing Client Track/HMIS systems.
- Minimum 2 years working with or managing services for homeless or crisis youth.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company Vehicle Use policy.
- Regular availability Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Wednesday evenings to 8:00 pm.
- Passion for supporting at‑risk, BIPOC young adults.
- Comprehensive knowledge of community resources and services for youth.
- Understanding of harm‑reduction, trauma‑informed care, and the 9 Principles for Overcoming Youth Homelessness.
- Experience with budgets, funding processes, and grant reporting.
- Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and project‑management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with staff, youth, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld applications.
