- Salary is $59,000- $75,000/year based on experience plus quarterly and annual incentive bonuses.
Vista Prairie at Red Cedar Canyon is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Community Manager to drive occupancy within the community through marketing, lead nurturing, community partnerships, and outreach. Your key accountabilities will be to manage occupancy through lead management, prospect engagement, and event coordination, ensuring smooth move-ins and room readiness. You will develop external partnerships and execute marketing strategies to enhance Red Cedar Canyon’s visibility and reputation.
As a Sales and Community Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation of marketing materials and resources to achieve goals and create brand awareness. Together we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents!
Schedule: Full-time, Normal business hours plus flexible for evenings and weekends to conduct tours and sponsor sales events.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
- Technology adept and social media savvy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the assisted living or senior care industry preferred.
- Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and their unique challenges and opportunities preferred.
