Lead integrated marketing strategies by leveraging customer insights. Provide strategic guidance to Channel Marketing Account Managers. Drive efficiency, partner engagement, and program ROI in a fast-paced, matrixed organization through strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making.

Pay Information: $110,000 - $125,000 + bonus

Location: Twin Cities, MN (3 days/week in office)

Role Overview

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives across Distribution, Reseller, and Strategic Partner Accounts. You will oversee Channel Marketing Account Managers, offering strategic guidance, and enhancing execution. As the pivotal connection between sales, product, and marketing, you will ensure alignment and efficiency, focusing on boosting partner engagement and demand generation. This dynamic role demands adept project prioritization and offers high visibility.

Success stems from balancing strategic leadership, tactical execution, and informed decision-making.

Day in the Life

  • Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for partner and reseller accounts.
  • Manage and mentor Channel Marketing Account Managers for high performance.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to share insights and growth opportunities.
  • Create workflows to improve marketing operations and program visibility.
  • Adapt marketing content for key channel partners to align with campaign themes.

Your Qualifications

  • BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or similar fields.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B channel dynamics and customer engagement.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Open to travel up to 25% of the time.
