Role OverviewThe Assistant Account Executive (AAE) drives and carries out the execution of projects across the client’s business, supporting the team with the urgency, proactivity and attention to detail required to earn trust.
Areas of Focus- Build trust by taking initiative, responding quickly and accurately to client and internal requests.
- Compile brand and category insight to feed the team.
- Support the integrated team across multiple projects.
- Generate weekly status and contact reports within 24 hours.
- Assist with monthly billing and tracking estimates.
- Manage internal relationships, including project management and select clients.
- Communicate effectively at all points of contact—client assignments, workflow changes, contact reports, etc.
- Utilize applicable skills from academic or work environments.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Be a confident, resourceful self‑starter with minimal supervision.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience in work, volunteer or school settings.
- Show excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Listen actively and remain solution‑focused.
- Be willing to pitch in on any task, big or small.
- Show passion for creativity and curiosity about the communications business, product categories, new mediums, etc.
The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on budget, experience, qualifications and tenure in similar roles.
