🌎 Marketing Assistant for Sky Ride, Row Bike & Creative Ventures with Scott Olson
Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote / Minnesota-based preferred
Scott Olson, the original founder of Rollerblade
, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to help manage day-to-day marketing, brand communication, and storytelling across several ventures — including Sky Ride
, Row Bike
, environmental initiatives, and a feature film in pre-production about the invention of Rollerblade.
This is an opportunity to work directly with a visionary entrepreneur who has built multiple category-defining brands and continues to innovate at the intersection of wellness, sustainability, and creative storytelling.
What You’ll Do- Assist with social media marketing
, content scheduling, and brand storytelling for Sky Ride and Row Bike - Help coordinate press, media, and creative outreach for ongoing film and brand projects
- Support environmental and nature conservation initiatives through communications, partnerships, and event coordination
- Conduct research, organize project materials, and help with presentations and investor decks
- Collaborate on creative campaigns that connect fitness, innovation, and adventure
- Passionate about fitness, sustainability, and innovation
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Strong writer and communicator — you know how to tell a story across channels
- Experience with social media, Canva, Google Workspace, and light project management tools (like Asana or Trello)
- Bonus:
Familiarity with video production, PR, or event coordination
