A global climate solutions leader in Minneapolis is looking for a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor with Lean or ISO manufacturing experience. In this role, you will supervise first-shift production associates, oversee daily manufacturing operations, and drive continuous improvement. You'll ensure compliance with ISO standards, implement Lean practices, and coach team members on safety and quality assurance. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervision experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
