Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Schedule: 4PM to 230AM M-TH, Overtime on Fridays as needed
Training: Must train on 1st shift for 3 weeks (5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, M-Th)
Pay: $20.75/hour
Status: Try-Before-Hire
Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable Label Maker / Production Associate to support our 2nd shift operations. This position is responsible for label production, product verification, and assisting in manufacturing processes. Candidates must be able to complete initial training on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
Responsibilities

• Produce and verify product labels for accuracy and compliance
• Operate label printing and related production equipment
• Assist with packaging and production tasks as assigned
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
• Document production data as required
• Work collaboratively to meet shift production goals

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or labeling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for full shift
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable and team-oriented
