This is a full-time, on-site CNC Lathe Machinist position located in Coon Rapids, MN. The CNC Lathe Machinist will operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining machinery, programming equipment as needed, performing precision machining operations, and conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications. The machinist must adhere to safety guidelines and collaborate with the team to meet production goals.

• Expertise in Machine Operation and Machining
• Proficiency in Lathe and use of Machinery
• Strong understanding and application of Quality Control processes
• Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Capability to troubleshoot and perform minor machine maintenance
• Technical certification or training in machining is preferred
• Previous experience in CNC lathe operation is an advantage
