Summary
The Production Coordinator works with project management, purchasing, production and logistics to coordinate products through the production processes. Organizes the daily production schedule, identifies the scheduled priorities for the day and tracks "Work in Process." This role will support D365 system data to ensure the proper information has been input, updated and completed to process the work.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Daily management of production schedule, production priorities and system data.
- Ensures project data is input correctly allowing for process to be efficient.
- Reviews Released Products/Co-Products, Formulas/BOMs, Routes and Production Orders, Transfers, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders for input accuracy and/or errors.
- Troubleshoot missing parts, conflicting information, purchasing delivery dates, QA Inspection(s) and communicates with Project Management and Building Departments to coordinate needs.
- Participates in the daily production meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Trained in Microsoft Tools (
* ie Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) - Ability to clearly and concisely document communication

- Ability to demonstrate and apply our workplace values
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prefer 2 year technical/business degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years lead/experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience providing daily work direction to hourly/shift workers.
- Knowledge or experience with ERP and Warehouse Management information systems.
- Fluid usage of Microsoft Office Products
- Forklift certified, or ability to obtain forklift operating certificate.
- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.
