• Ensure the availability of production parts while minimizing inventory carrying costs and exposure.
• Interact with colleagues in production to proactively solve stock issues and improve material processes.
• Support on-time delivery and inventory reduction through the implementation of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive continuous process improvements in on-time delivery, cost savings, and inventory reduction.
• Proactively provide supply status, resolve availability issues, and provide tracking information to internal customers.
• Work with Accounting and Receiving to resolve any discrepancies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Experience working with Excel and software such as ERP/MRP, SAP, or Oracle.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments of the organization.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with vendors.

• Experience in procurement and/or production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience communicating with production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, and/or DBS tools.

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 – $90,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
