This is a 4th or 5th Shift role with these hours:
4th shift position:
Monday 10pm-6am (8hr) Friday 10pm-6am (8hr) Saturday and Sunday 10pm-10am (12hr)
5th shift position:
Monday 10am-6pm (8hr) Friday 10am-6pm (8hr) Saturday and Sunday 10am-10pm (12hr)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
* Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
* Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
* Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
* Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
* Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
* Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
* Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.
* May assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.
YOU MUST HAVE
* High School Diploma
* Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university
The annual base salary range for this position is $30.93/ hour plus any applicable shift differential.
